Title: Fresh Pineapple with Frozen Berry Sauce (Mf)

Yield: 6 Servings

1		Ripe pineapple -- peeled
		Cored and cut into chunks
10	oz	Frozen raspberries --
		Thawed
10	oz	Sliced strawberries --
		Thawed
		Sugar to taste
2	tb	Orange juice
		Or orange liqueur
		Mint leaves for garnish

Puree the thawed fruit, then pass them through a sieve to remove the raspberries seeds. Stir in sugar to taste if need be with orange juice or liqueur

Set a clump of chopped pineapple in the middle of each dessert plate; drizzle sauce around the pineapple and garnish with mint leaves.
